Santiago Estates is a Senior, 55 and older, 137 site Manufactured Home Community. It is located just six miles east of Interstate 5, in the Thurston area of Springfield. The McKenzie Highway passes by the front of the community. Santiago Estates is just minutes away from the McKenzie Recreation Area, well known for snow sports, fishing, hiking, backpacking and many other outdoor activities. The LTD bus stops at the front entrance of the community in both directions and the main transfer station for LTD, is only three blocks away. Santiago Estates has a large clubhouse, which includes a Billiard Room, Indoor Jacuzzi and Saunas. There is a Swimming Pool, a Tennis Court, a Putting Green, Horseshoe Pits, and BBQ's located in the Clubhouse area. All of these are available to the residents and guests of Santiago Estates. We have monthly activities that are arranged by our Activity Committee. They include Potlucks, Breakfast, Pie and Ice-cream Socials, Tin Can Bingo and Special Holiday Dinners.
We also have our Granada Estates All Age Manufactured Home Community that has 113 home sites. It is a part of Santiago Estates and is located directly south of Santiago Estates on Daisy Street.
We feature underground city utilities and are located one block from Safeway Market, two blocks from Main Bus Transit Station, and three blocks from Albertson's, McDonalds, Walgreen's, Burger King and more. Pets are Welcome.
