


Matthew N. Follett,
President and CEO of Follett Investment Properties, Inc., founded FIPI in 1989 to specialize in the brokerage of manufactured home land lease communities. Matt provides the company with its overall vision as well as the strategies necessary to achieve this vision. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Utah, Matt began his career in the manufactured home land lease business in 1987 as a broker associated with First Union Investment. In 2000 and 2001, he was designated a “Young Lion” by the manufactured home industry in recognition of the dynamic growth and expansion of FIPI. Since 1989, Matt has been directly involved in the ownership and management of manufactured home communities. His current focus is the acquisition and disposition of properties for the company. Matt has forged strong and lasting relationships with sellers, buyers, lenders, and brokers during his years in the business, and these relationships enable him to work through any issues that may arise during a transaction to create a winning solution for all involved.
Casey K. Kelly,
Chief Operating Officer of Follett Investment Properties, Inc., holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State University, Chico, as well as a California CPA and Real Estate Salesperson licenses. He is also a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Casey is responsible for the financial reporting, tax preparation, administrative, and operational requirements of the company. Prior to joining FIPI, Casey worked for the National CPA firm of Main Hurdman. He also spent 7 years as vice president of B&B Property Investments, Inc., where he was responsible for the financial reporting and property management functions of over $350 million in commercial real estate assets. Casey’s unique experience and expertise in both accounting and real estate have been invaluable to the successful management and operation of Follett Investment Properties, Inc.
Erik M. Rollain,
Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for Follett Investment Properties, Inc., holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from California State University, Sacramento. Prior to joining FIPI, Erik worked for Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors (WRI), where he handled single-family development transactions for investment purposes. He began his career working for Lexington Homes, a mid-size, California-based residential building and developer, where his responsibilities included land acquisition feasibility, cash flow analysis, and the structuring of debt and equity for single-family home development projects. At FIPI, Erik joins Matt in overseeing acquisitions and dispositions for the company. Erik works with sellers throughout the transaction, from the creation of a contract, through due diligence (including financial analysis, market analysis, and site inspections), and up to and including the close and transfer of ownership.
Jonathan T. Harrison,
Specializes in the marketing and sales of Manufactured Home Communities. Prior to joining Follett Investment Properties, Jon was a Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap San Diego and a Senior Director of the Marcus & Millichap National Manufactured Home Communities Group. Jon has been in income property brokerage since 1987 and specializes in Manufactured Housing Communities, RV Resorts, and Self-Storage sales. He is an experienced Broker with property management, development, and investment experience. As an owner of Manufactured Home Communities and a Real Estate broker in the state of Arizona as well as a Real Estate agent in California, Jon is active with Manufactured Housing Institute as a member and Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona as a member, and previously Marcus & Millichap National Manufacturing Home Communities Group as Senior Director.
Gregory L. Johnloz,
Holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Greg is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license. Prior to joining FIPI, Greg spent 19 years as Regional Vice President for REIT Manufactured Home Communities, Inc. (MHC). He is also president of the Nevada Manufactured Housing Communities Owners Association and past president and current member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Manufactured Housing Association. At FIPI, Greg is responsible for property operations and special projects. His perspective and industry experience are invaluable in the acquisition phase as well as in the day-to-day operations of our portfolio.

D. Robinson “Robin” Follett,
Is the principal of Follett Capital Advisors, an independent firm that arranges both acquisitions financing and refinancing for Follett Investment Properties, Inc. Robin received a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Wharton Business School and spent many years in the real estate finance division of a major Wall Street firm. Since 1992 Robin has specialized in arranging financing primarily for manufactured home communities. He maintains relationships with major lenders, understands various debt structures, and coordinates the parties involved in the financing process to insure timely closings. Robin’s experience, expertise, and ongoing relationships with major lenders enable him to manage the financing process and conduct closings under the most favorable terms available.
